Starting any new exercise practice can be daunting.
so we’ve created a class just for you – Crossfit Fundamentals.
Crossfit’s aim is to be Broad, General and inclusive – that means it’s always interesting and everyone can do it.
Our fundamentals classes allow you to experience Crossfit at your pace. The WODs (Work Out of the Day) are specially designed to introduce you to all the fundamental aspects of Crossfit.
Crossfit at its core is a strength and conditioning programme – it’s varied, everyday is different and you get to learn what we at Crossfit call functional movements – where you use your whole body.
Crossfit supports the things you do everyday, like lifting bags of shopping (Olympic lifting), sitting down (Squatting) and putting things away (Pressing) so you will learn how to lift weights whether overhead or off the ground, you will also learn how to use all your muscles to increase your power and strength – all fantastic things to help you live a healthy life.
