Individual Highlights & Milestones
The floor was electric this week with some massive personal victories. A huge shout-out to ‘Welsh’ Pete for locking in his first muscle-up! The rig was also busy: Helen went from 1 to an incredible 20 pull-ups, while Ellie crushed her previous best, moving from 1 to 7.
Kyri didn’t just stop at his first chest-to-bar; he powered through to manage 20, and Dazza showed some serious determination by bagging 2 ring muscle-ups. Huge respect to everyone who stepped up and opted for the RX dumbbell weight this week, you guys are setting the standard!
Special mention goes to Beef for taking on “Beat the Coach” Thursday night, and a big up to all our other members for the incredible effort and atmosphere. Whether you were on the leaderboard or cheering from the sidelines, you made Week 2 one to remember.
