
Huge shoutout to every single person who stepped onto the floor Friday. From the first timers to the seasoned vets, the energy in the box was absolutely electric. Seeing the grit, the sweat, and those “I’m not doing that again” faces is what the Open is all about.
Reminder
Get those scores submitted by Monday at Midnight. Don’t let your hard work go unrecorded.
To log your score using the app, tap Competitions, then select “Open, Presented by Air National Guard”.
If you’re using the website, log in, click your profile image in the top-right corner, and select Competition Dashboard.
From here you will see the workout listed — for example, 26.1.
- Click Submit Score.

- Select Yes for “Did you perform the workout at a CrossFit Affiliate?”

- Type CrossFit Fareham in the Affiliate box.

- If you expect to progress beyond the Open and into the Quarterfinals, enter Matthew Beard as the judge (although the system will accept any name).

- Choose whether you completed the workout Rx’d, Scaled, or Foundations.

- If you completed the workout, select “Completed all 354 reps” and enter your finishing time.

- If you were time‑capped, select “Completed fewer than 354 reps” and enter the total number of reps completed along with the final tiebreak time.

- Finally, click Submit Score and your score will appear on the leaderboard.
You can delete a score and submit a new one if you plan on re‑doing the workout.
Viewing the Leaderboard
You’ll find the leaderboard which is being used to determine the Team Competition points below, but feel free to explore the many other leaderboards available. There are plenty to browse depending on your age group, category, and more.
