- Favourite CrossFit Moment: ooooh, hmmm, probably getting my first bar muscle up in The Open. Bignastics!
- Favourite Coaching Moment: It’s a bit cliche, but every class is a highlight and has the possibility of someone having something special happen. When you help an athlete do something new or something that surprises them; we all share that smile…. and that’s what its all about really.
- Most humbling CrossFit Moment: A few years back there was an Open workout with quite a few thrusters; I got the pacing all wrong and buried myself after 7 mins! Re-did it on the Monday and did so much better. It pays to have a plan and stick to it!
