Meet the Team: CrossFit Fareham Coach and Athlete Nutrition lead – Mischa Pryce

Meet our ‘Meesh’ the Queen of the CFF Coaching Team. Always wearing a smile (and in winter, several layers of clothing!!)

Mischa brings her keen eye, impressive skills and big heart to CFF, helping all our athletes to become better versions of themselves.

Whether it be in class, working with you to move better, one-to-one coaching to work on specifics or chatting nutrition plans and goals. Mischa cares deeply about her passions; fitness, food and making athletes better. Oh and gym dogs! Did we mention her love for our furry, canine friends?

  • Joined: I joined CFF in 2017
  • Coaching since: 2019. CF-L2
  • Favourite gym song: Whatever gets the class moving well and smiling. Its all about creating that ‘in it together’ class atmosphere.
  • Party Trick: I’ve been known to make a silly Insta-story or two. I blame Emma though, its normally her idea!
  • Favourite CrossFit Moment: Getting my first RMU and the celebration that followed… I may have showboated a bit in the negative of the dip. Take the stairs? Don’t mind if I do.
  • Favourite Coaching Moment: My first weekend running CFF on my own. I had over 30 athletes turn up, all buzzing and excited! I knew if I could get through that class I could coach any class. It was scary, but also amazing.
  • Most humbling CrossFit moment: First time one of our athletes gave me a thankyou card/gift for helping them achieve their goal…. there may have been a few tears…definitely a hug! So unexpected.
  • How would you describe yourself: Relaxed, loyal, and reliable. Especially around my pet dog, Fran.
  • Favourite Shoe: Honestly I’d train in Crocs if it were acceptable, failing that, Rad One V1 is a go to.
  • Favourite Workout: Open 20.2: AMRAP 20 4 dumbbell thrusters, 6 toes-to-bar and then 24 Double Unders. Happy Mischa.
  • Most savage Workout: ‘GLEN’: 30 Clean and Jerks, 1-mile run, 10 Rope Climbs, 1-mile run, 100 burpees. Just horrible.
