Welcome to the 2026 CrossFit Open Team Edition! This is our community’s chance to
come together, push our limits, and celebrate what CrossFit is all about – fitness,
camaraderie, and a bit of friendly competition.

What to Expect in the CrossFit Open?
Most of you already know what the Open is all about, but if you have not signed up yet or you are still unsure, here is a quick explanation.
The CrossFit Open is a global fitness event that welcomes athletes of every ability level. Each week between the 26th of February and the 4th of March, a new workout is released, and you take it on at your own pace and ability. It is a chance to challenge yourself, see how much you have improved from year to year, and feel the excitement of taking part in a worldwide competition with millions of other athletes.
What Is the CrossFit Open 2026 – Team Edition?
This is something new for CrossFit Fareham in 2026, and it gives everyone a chance to get involved in a fun team based version of the Open. Points will be scored for a wide range of things, and you can find all of the details listed below.
All athletes are placed into four teams, and every team can earn points through workout performance, effort, consistency, improvement, and community spirit. Whether you are hitting new personal records or simply showing up and giving your best effort, every rep counts and every athlete plays a part in their team’s success.
The Goal
Have fun. Push yourself. Support each other. Represent your team with pride and make
