The CFF Throwdown is back again on Saturday 18th April! This event has been a staple of our community for years, and we’re excited to bring everyone together once again for a day of teamwork, fitness, and fun.
Teams will consist of 4 athletes, 2 males and 2 females. You don’t need to find your own team; we’ll be creating balanced teams to mix everyone up and keep things fun. If you have a specific request for a teammate, feel free to let us know and we’ll try to accommodate it where fair and possible
There will be 4–5 workouts throughout the day, and all of them are designed to be accessible to every level and ability. Whether you’re newer to training or a seasoned athlete, you’ll be able to take part and have a great time

Please book your spot via Kilo as usual. If you have any issues booking on, or Kilo isn’t playing, just drop us a message and we’ll sort it for you.
Post Competition Social
After the final workout, we’ll be heading to Embers & Ice at 6pm for drinks, and a well‑earned celebration. Whether you competed or came to support, everyone’s welcome to join.
